All UK orders will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being confirmed. Postage and packing is free of charge on all deliveries for the first delivery to members. If the package is returned to the BDA, and a second delivery attempt is requested, the member will be asked to cover the costs of re-delivery. A flat rate handling fee of £4.50* is charged for all UK non-member orders. For international orders please contact the shop team to discuss the best method of delivery. The BDA cannot be liable for items delayed in the post by unforeseen problems, such as postal strikes or bad weather conditions. *Price may increase depending on weight of order.

Returns and Refunds
We hope that the item(s) ordered are received in good condition and you are fully satisfied with them. If you wish to return the goods, you must do so within 14 days of the dispatch note date in saleable quality. Refund payments will be made to the same card used for purchase. Refunds will take up to 5 working days. Full details of how to return an item will be included on the dispatch note enclosed with your item(s) ordered. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
